RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
- All class fees must be paid upfront before the deadline specified by Fi Steps Dance & Performing Arts each term.
- No refunds will be given for missed classes due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at classes booked outside of term time or for holiday workshops.
- Private lessons must be paid upfront, and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will still be charged unless the cancellation is due to illness.
- If a class is missed due to a bank holiday, students can attend the same class later in the week to avoid missing out.
- In the rare event that extreme weather disrupts classes, the school may close in the best interest of students. Notifications will be sent via email and Facebook. Missed classes due to weather can be rescheduled for another day or time.
- If government guidelines or health-related crises, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, prevent physical attendance at the studio, efforts will be made to transition to virtual classes (e.g., via Zoom). Class fees will remain due, and refunds will not be provided. This ensures the continuity of the school and a smooth return to in-person classes once restrictions are lifted.
