Dance Classes For All Ages

Welcome to Fi Steps.  At our studios in Horsham and Crawley we teach children, teenagers and adults how to dance!  Students aged 5 to 21 can join our regular Fi Steps members classes which teaches the art of musical theatre.  Alternatively, come along to our new walk in dance classes which include Street Dance, Hip Hop and many more.  We also offer a number of new fitness classes including Zumba.

Fi Steps is different to any other dance school as we pride ourselves on our welcoming, friendly and relaxed environment.  We don’t put our students through exams – we focus on having fun and working as a team.  Here, children and teenagers are made to feel at home in our safe and secure studios and many of our students find that being part of this team helps them build confidence and self esteem.

If you would like to attend one of our walk-in classes it is wise to book as places are limited.  If you would like to become a member of our Fi Steps musical theatre classes we welcome new members between 5 and 21.  However, you can register your interest at any time of year by phoning or emailing us.

Fi Steps Private School Students benefit from regular workshops with some of the West End's top dancers and companies. Learning routines from Street to Musical Theatre.

Workshops include professional tuition from Dance Agencies such as Rudeye and Zoonation. Also from Top West End Dancers, Remy Martin, Pippa Raine, Hayley Reed and Todd Talbot.

Fi Steps started in 1991 by Fiona Whyte. The group was set up to create opportunities for youngsters to perform on stage. Fi Steps was established with just sixteen members. It now boasts over 170 students over 2 schools with ages ranging from 3 to 25 years. The school has grown dramatically in the last few years and has had some fantastic opportunities to perform in many prestigious venues. Fi Steps are also active in their local community, performing regularly at The Hawth Theatre, Crawley and also The Capitol Theatre, Horsham.

    THRILLER WORKSHOP

    With Horejah & Dominique – both Sunday dates must be attended

    Sunday 20th May 10am – 4pm AND Sunday 3rd June 10am – 4pm

    ·  This number will be used for the show Curtain Call at the Hawth

    ·  Sunday 24 June (it will be different routine to what we have done before) 

    ·  There will be separate groupings / settings within the workshop

    ·  You must also provide your own mad GOULE / THRILLER costume

    ·  We will supply full makeup

     

    STREET CREW WORKSHOP

    With Horejah & Nat – both Sunday dates must be attended

    Sunday 27th May 10am – 4pm AND Sunday 17th June 10am – 4pm

    ·  This number will be used for the show Street Dance Showcase at the Hawth

    ·  Saturday 23 June (it will be different routine to what we have done before) 

    ·  There will be separate groupings / settings within the workshop

    ·  You must also provide your own mad street / Urban costume

    ·  We will supply full makeup
